Wer sich schon letztes Jahr bei der ersten “Snowflakes”-Compilation gefragt hat, wie sich Ebenbild wohl mit Gesang anhört, der bekommt jetzt eine Antwort. Aurago ist das neueste Projekt von Maria und Silas Hofmüller. Diesmal aber nicht allein als Duo, sondern gemeinsam mit der Sängerin und Texterin Anna Reiland. Das Trio schafft es dabei Songs zu zaubern, die zwar melancholisch und dramatisch sein können, aber nie in den Kitsch triften. Vielmehr bewahren sie eine augenzwinkernde Lockerheit ohne an Tiefe einzubüßen. Die Musik ist daher nicht nur für den stilvollen Rahmen geeignet, sondern auch für gesellige Runden. Der Song “The Waiting” stammt aus dem Debütalbum, welches 2014 veröffentlicht wird.
