Eine weiteres Projekt, dass Ihr schon aus dem letzten Jahr kennt: Walden. Danijel Zambo, der dankenswerter Weise auch das Mastering für diesen Sampler übernommen hat, hat 2013 das erste Walden Album “Wenn die ersten Blätter fallen” veröffentlicht. Darin geht er den Stil, den er zuvor schon in der selbstbetitelten EP vorgestellt hat, konsequent weiter. Minimalismus und Entschleunigung sind bei Walden große Themen und so verwundert es nicht, dass die Akustikgitarre tragendes Element der naturverbundenen und mystischen Folkmusik ist. Mit viel Liebe ausgearbeitete Melodien laden dazu ein den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen und mal wieder einen ausgedehnten Spaziergang durch die schönen Wälder und Naturlandschaften zu unternehmen. Getreu nach Thoreau: “I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.”
